Thomas Demand, born in 1964, has exhibited worldwide, namely, in the last few years in a retrospective at MoMA in New York in 2005 and the Serpentine Gallery in London in 2006. Last year, his „Processo Grottesco“ with Fondazione Prada alongside the Venice Biennale counted as one of the highlights of the „Grand Tour“.
He is based in Berlin.
